Super Smoothie Recipe

This little powerhouse will provide with you a boost of energy and leave you feeling satisfied. Packed with proteins, potassium & greens, all the while maintaining a sweet flavor. I'm calling it the super smoothie! I got a new blender for my last birthday (game changer). It makes the smoothie process easy and fast. Let's be honest, we'd rather zip through smoothie king than put in the work. Once you realize how easy it can be, smoothies at home become your new fave. Pro tip: serve the smoothie in a fancy glass after blending. It just tastes better ok.


INGREDIENTS:

1-2 Frozen Bananas (I used one and a half)

Handful of fresh spinach

One large spoonful of peanut butter

One large spoonful of vanilla protein powder (plant based)

Almond milk to desired consistency

(I started with a 1/2 cup milk, then added about 1/3 cup after blending
