BLUEBERRY PORRIDGE


INGREDIENTS:

2 CUPS WATER

1 CUP GLUTEN FREE ROLLED OATS

1 CUP FROZEN WILD BLUEBERRIES

3/4 CUP FRESH BLUEBERRIES

1/2 TBSP CINNAMON

MAPLE SYRUP TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS:

1. BRING WATER + OATS TO A BOIL

2. ADD CINNAMON, TURN TO LOW + SIMMER

3. ADD FROZEN BLUEBERRIES, STIR + SIMMER SOME MORE

4. REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR IN MAPLE SYRUP

5. SERVE + TOP WITH FRESH BLUEBERRIES
